Synes Elischka will present Cosy Club - a radically decentralized, member-led community space in Helsinki for events, workshops and coworking, designed for participatory culture, mutual support, and flexible collaboration. 🤸🏽♂️ The Stretch Zone: A communication training with a difference
September 3-7 - Near Barcelona
Join Rich, Nati and Jocelyn in the Stretch Zone at Casa Tilo this September!
Think about the team conversations that make you cringe: maybe it’s about accountability, giving tough feedback, or mediating conflict between colleagues. The Stretch Zone is a mix of roleplay, embodiment, nervous system work, and real-time feedback to get you out of your comfort zone and practice speaking with clarity, listening with presence, and supporting dialogue when things get tense.

🎥Team Decision-Making Masterclass from Marin Petrov
Marin and his team at Camplight just released a Decision-Making Masterclass - a resource for teams who want to make more participatory, inclusive decisions.
From Marin: “This is something I’ve been practicing (and struggling with!) alongside teams for the past 20 years. I’ve seen firsthand how challenging decision-making can be, and I wanted to share the facilitation tools, tips, and tricks, as well as the hard-earned lessons that've helped me over the years. Also, it was fun to get back to my filmmaking roots while creating this! 🎥 😀”

🎙️ Interviews with fellow community leaders
Head on over to the Microsolidarty YouTube channel and you’ll find Rich has been busy interviewing some excellent human beings about their experiences as community hosts.
He has Andrew Rose from Fractal NYC talking about the importance of taking responsibility and asking for help - it’s one of those interviews you’ll want to listen to more than once!
Rich wonders where Andrew learnt these values of generosity and community leadership and goes on to interview Andrew’s mom: Jeannine Roberts. She shared an awesome summary of parenting and secure attachment. What a treat!
In case that wasn’t enough - catch this interview to hear Rich talk with Oliver Sauter about the rise and fall of the well-known MOOS community in Berlin.

For the more experienced practitioners:
Sam and Pietro plan to create short videos (recorded in 1h session) for our YouTube channel around the Microsolidarity tools and practices to explain them in practical terms and create an example about each one.
The video could include a funny situation that highlights the interesting parts of the practice or your favorite card from the deck.
We’d like to know:
Your favorite practices.
Your deepest experiences.
How the practices facilitated the experiences.
Whom to interview next.
