✨ Celebrating a Year of Collective Flourishing
With just a few days left in 2025, I (Gui) find myself in a reflective mood, looking back on what an extraordinary year this has been for our Microsolidarity Network.
Hosting this newsletter has been an incredible honor for me. Just a few weeks ago, Jocelyn and I were reflecting on how it has become a steady pulse for network updates, as well as a source of motivation to stay connected to the many ways we bring our MiSo practices into the world.
Each month, your contributions have brought this space to life, sprouting with compelling invitations, meaningful projects, reflections from community experiments, and insights from your personal growth and transformation journeys.
Thank you for sharing your learnings and inspiration so generously. It’s deeply heartening to witness the interconnectedness that weaves us together, nourishing our collective superorganism.
Community Highlights
🌱 A Year of Collective Flourishing
Looking back on 2025, there has been plenty of aliveness flowing through our network. Here are a few moments that captured something essential about who we’re becoming together:
The Microsolidarity Card Deck 🃏
In May, 18 practitioners gathered to distill seven years of research and lived experience into a playful, pocket-sized tool. Watching the deck find its way into people’s hands and homes around the world has been deeply gratifying. After all these years dancing with the intangible, giving form to something that was always there feels like alchemy!
Europe Summer Camp 🏕️
This year’s gathering focused on creating an encouraging context for participants to grow beyond their comfort zones and “level up” their hosting skills. There was certainly a lot of stretching, but we also created a well-balanced container that held both depth and celebration, learning and play. We all came away with a rich and abundant harvest of insights, expanded skills, and deepened friendships.
Casa Tilo 🏡
Since opening in April, Casa Tilo has become a living home for our network, a place where the ideas and practices we share online find roots in shared meals, a stunning natural environment, and the kind of presence that only happens when we gather in person.
Beyond these milestones, our monthly network calls and the local Telegram groups and meetups continue to be the connective tissue of our community, keeping us linked across distances and time zones.

My pick: #40 Authentic Appreciation
I’m bringing this card because it feels aligned with the spirit of the season, and because most of us could benefit from strengthening our appreciation muscles. I’m curious to see what happens when I consciously offer genuine appreciation in a group setting (especially outside of the MiSo lingo). How does the energy shift? How do different people respond? And where’s the line between just enough and overdone? I’m in for some fun holiday experiment.
