Hello friends! The Fall 2023 Practice Program cohorts are off to an enlivening start!
We've noticed that these programs always end with an eager swell of curiosity for further inquiry and practice 🌊 so this time we're following up the program with a new initiative - the online Microsolidarity Open Space Sessions (MOSS)!
And - you're invited too!
👉 Is there a skill or practice you'd like to share?
👉 Would you like to participate in Microsolidarity-related discussions, peer-support practices and/or workshops with others in the network?
👉 Are you just keen to 'meet the others'?
Then we'd love to have you join us.
What is Open Space? An Open Space is a co-created 'unconference' gathering to collectively generate insight, creativity and peer-to-peer support around a specific topic or theme. The agenda is curated by those who attend, based on what they're passionate or curious about. It's a great way to draw out the wisdom, creativity and resourcefulness of a group :)
The theme of this MOSS is 'Belonging as a Baseline'.
✨ When?
As we're a global network, there will be two 'patches' of MOSS so you can join during a time that works for where you are in the world.
Timezone A: Tuesday 17 Oct 2023, 9:00-12:00 CET (click to convert to local time)
Timezone B: Thursday 19 Oct 2023, 18:00-21:00 CET (click to convert to local time)
Here's a sneak preview of the Miro Board (our co-created agenda space) to give you a sense of the format and flow... For each MOSS Timezone there will be space for 10 different sessions to take place, usually of 45 minutes each.
How can I join? If you've attended an in-person gathering, a Microsolidarity Practice Program or you are a Microsolidarity Open Collective member, you will receive an invitation to the Open Space Board in the next 24 hours. That's where you can sign up to Convene a session and/or find the Zoom link to participate.
You can become a Microsolidarity Open Collective member by contributing as little as €3 or $3 per month on Open Collective. Sign up here (or use this page if you want to make it tax-deductible in the USA). You will receive an invitation to the MOSS Board within a day or two of registering.
